? about 68 lwb

I have a chance to buy a 68 lwb that is in fair condition, It's
gold with white top. V8, 3speed on tree, just as plain as you could get, It's been sitting for a long time and the motor smokes, but runs and moves around. Guy is asking $2200.00
what do ya'll think
Matthew

That is too much for a plain jane truck.
There was a duellie 72 from Ft worth on ebay that was fully loaded and running
with upgraded suspension for around three grand.
I would think 1200 or less would be more inline.

Just my opinion

Have fun

I'm with Hutch. Unless it was pristine and the engine didn't smoke, it isn't worth that much. But then, it's worth what someone will pay.
