Members from Gilbert, AZ
I was just travelling down Burk toward Guadalupe in Gilbert and saw a 67-72 GMC going down the road. I think it was silver or gray w/a primered tailgate and big wheels. Don't know if it was a board member or not, but it got me to thinking. (UH-OH!)
I've seen several guys on here from Gilbert, and thought it would be cool to get together a few times a month for beers or something. Who knows what we could get outta that?! There's nothing like networking, I say! So what do you guys (and girls) think? Anyone interested?

I'm to far to make the drive, and my truck is still in pieces, but I have thought of something similar. I need to compile a list of names of the board members here in AZ. I know that there is stuff that I want or need out there, but not always able to make the trip to go get it.
How about all the AZ members replying so that we can create a resource list of where you are.

There are a group of us that go to Krispy Kreme donuts the first saturday of the month around 8 am. They are all street rod/muscle car guys but if you guys are looking for something centrally located come join us. I started it about two years ago and there is an average of 40 cars there each month.
Unlike the Pavillions there is no need to clean the car/truck, no annoying loud music, no late model crap with custom license plate frames, no lawn chairs, just an excuse for a Saturday morning ride and a good donut! |

FGC, that's a nice truck, but not the one I saw. It had the GMC dual headlights. Anyway, if we can get a few more people interested (even if you're truck isn't on the road yet) I will try to organize something. Of course everyone in AZ willing to come out is welcome, I just know there are a lot of guys on here from Gilbert. If you guys want to PM me with your name and contact info, I will make a list......
