Replacement Part price shopping
I have been buying parts since I was 14 and that was a long time ago. The Internet has put the power in the hands of the purchaser. I remember when the parts guys would look through the books and then give you a price which was outrageous. Anyway, I have been buying parts on the internet for some time but recently through Advanced Auto from their Internet site saving 20% + off the store price and just either picking them up at the store or having them shipped free to the house. I just bought Moog spring bushing for my truck where the LMC price of $17.00 + shipping where the Price I paid was $9.50 with no shipping which was after a $40 off a $100 order coupon. You have to search for the discount coupons though. I also found out the hard way the standard store price is higher than the standard interent price.
Hope this helps. |
