Re: hows any one made electric fan shroud??
Summit Racing has fairly cheap aluminum shrouds for electric fans.

Re: hows any one made electric fan shroud??
So does Jegs. They are slightly different sizes than summits so one may work better than the other for you. Speedway has some universal ones too. You may be able to get a local HVAC or metal working shop in your area that has a brake to make one for you. then you could just cut out the hole for your electric fan. I just got a Jegs universal aluminum radiator and their kit that came with the shroud and fan. Seems pretty nice so far.

Re: hows any one made electric fan shroud??
you would probably need to use a sheet metal brake to make one yourself so you can flare it out on all four sides so it doesn't sit tight against the rad. measure the core of your radiator and see if one of the universal ones can be adapted to fit.

Re: hows any one made electric fan shroud??
yep. Recycled a piece of bed frame or 1"x1" angle welded togather with four holes in each corner and then a piece of 24"x24" galvinized steel folded on the sides 1/2" to make a shallow pan then cut the hole and self tap screwed fan to it then tack weld the shroud to the frame.

Re: hows any one made electric fan shroud??
Here's mine. Aluminum with 2 12'' fans. I went with 2 so they would be offset from the waterpump pulley.
