Tail Light Housing Ground...

Any ideas how to rewire the tail light housing ground to the body directly?

I don't want the expense of an LED setup, but I am intermittently losing the ground connection on my break lights from bump to bump...

Also remove the tail/brake light housing and clean the back of the housing and the bracket that it bolts to where the screws go through it.
