WTB: 250 inline six in running condition
I need a motor to drop into my project. I know it may be a long shot, but I'm looking for a 250 (or even 292 would be better) that I can just drop in and run. I don't want anything that needs an overhaul.
I'm just north of Nashville, so something within an hour or two would be preferable. Let me know what you have. Thanks.

I've got one connected to a 3 speed manual gearbox. I pulled it out of a '69 GMC with about 75,000 original miles. It was running perfectly when removed. No knocks/rattles. Think its the bigger 6, not sure though. I know I'm outside of the distance you posted, but hey, its here and its for sale. I'm about 4 hours from Nashville. Let me know.
