Posi vs. Pegleg: Does a Posi actually put down more rwhp??

What would be the differences between having a posi and having a pegleg, if I were to take my truck to a Dynojet? In about 2 months, my car club is going to be having a "DynoDay" and I was planning on taking my truck to see if it puts out what it's advertised to. Would having a posi actually make my truck put out MORE rwhp/rwtq, over having a pegleg?

You are, as I undestand it, asking if having a LSD vs. open in the rear axle will make any difference on a dyno.

The dyno will have both rear wheels on it so it doesn't matter. You could have a spool, you could have an open diff, you could have anything it wouldn't make a bit of difference.

The posi will only do better for you on the street as you will get a better take off with alot less tire spin!! Its worth the money!!
