GMC Pauls cab bushing kit questions

I ordered the GMC Pauls cab/rad./bed mount kit. Did you have to drill out the washers to fit the front cab mount bolts? Did you use the top washers that were supplied with the kit? I thought they seemed to big. Shouldn't the washer fit down into the recess in the floor? Does anyone have any installed photos of this kit?

Heres the photo from GMC pauls

Thanks in advance,

Re: GMC Pauls cab bushing kit questions

The bolt fits into the recess without a washer on it. (A lot of the bolts were welded at the factory but is not necessary).

Here is a picture of the front mount as installed. There are extra washers, (used as shims) in this picture since the cab was shimmed to match the bed.

I am not sure if these mounts came from GMC Pauls but they are pretty typical.
