Question Backup light switch

Does anyone know how to adjust the backup light switch on a 70' Suburban? I took out a TH 400 and replaced it with a 700 R4, and now reverse lights come on in the drive position. I don't seem to be able to change it. Any Ideas????

I don't think you'll be able to adjust it to function with both the back up lights and the neutral saftey switch.
You could pull the colimn out and take off the NSW and try drilling some holes and move it over one way or the other.

On second though, if the NSS has round holes, you coupld oblong them and make it adjustable to where you could slide it a little left and right untill you got it right. But then you may have to pull it 1/2 way out of park to get it to start.
