Re: LED headlights
I'd say buy it and try it, and if it sucked, return it... well he doesnt accept returns... so I'd stay away from something like that.

Re: LED headlights
I think you'd be alot better off with HIDs. They still produce more lumens per watt than LEDs do, and the beam will penetrate alot farther. Bulbs and ballasts have gotten really, really cheap too. I plan on putting a set on my '73 soon.

Re: LED headlights
Since they regularly sell for $379.00 each, that's a killer deal for the L.E.D. headlights.
I've seen these lights in action and comparing them to the standard, halogen or even the somewhat controversial aftermarket H.I.D.'s, I'd get a set of these L.E.D. headlights. Unfortunatly they haven't released them for the large rectangular headlights......yet. You see i called truck-lites customer service dept and inquired about them to replace the H6054 headlights and they informed me that they are still about 6 months away from releasing them. I look forward to getting a pair of them when they do.

Re: LED headlights
For the price I think I'll stick with my Sylvania SilverStars.

Re: LED headlights
One of mine went out and i changed it to a silverstar since it wasn't that much more and there is a huge difference between the new one and old one. Just my $.02 worth.
