so i'v been looking for a used oem tailgate and they are all pretty beat up.
anyone used a new repop and had good luck-fitment with it?

Mine didnt fit well..I had to beat the crap out of it for a couple of hours to make it fit to my satisfaction. Then another couple of hours fixing where I beat the crap out of it.

Its good to go now..

I got mine from LMC (I know, Chinese crap...) My only gripe was that it was about 1/4" too narrow at the top. At first it didn't shut because the right side hook didn't fit in its hole in the bed. Bent it out, works pretty well, now.

Oh, and the latch on the right side is also too narrow, so it makes shutting an exercise in restraint.
