Wrenchbender Ret has it right. I gotta' say, my wife can be a real pain in the...well, you know...but she takes good care of me and she sure comes before anything else. Super Chevy show in Denver was August 20th to the 22nd, missed it the last several years and several of us were planning on going. On August 10th the wife was in a fairly severe car accident! I spent the weekend tending to her instead of going to Denver.
You pansies! When are ya'll gonna man up and get your priorities straight, I mean really, like the wifey really means more to you than yo............Crap! She's coming! Gotta go guys!

I'm totally kidding guys. I would be upset to hear you left your wives at home in need of comfort just to go to a car show.

Last spring, though, my wife had a hysterectomy and left the hospital on the Friday afternoon of the Grand Rod Run weekend. I was willing to stay at home with her, but she still wanted to go with me to the rodrun. I told her we didn't have to go and she needed to be at home getting rest, but she went anyway. I think she would've went even if I didn't. My wife's TOUGH!

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

Re: My trip to Goodguys FAIL.

My buddy blew the ring and pinion in his Camaro on the power tour in FL a few years ago. He took it to the dealer down there and they put in some cheap aftermarket parts and he blew the ring and pinion less then 6 months later.
Atleast you had a good attud about everything!

You weren't too far from Mokan Drag Strip when you broke down. You could have just came over there and hung out with us. We had plenty of cold beverages in our coolers

Haha I actually drove it to HAMB drags a couple weeks ago. There is a silver lining to this break-down business though, I decided that replacing the tires would be a waste since I'm not nuts about the old school wheels. My Dad reminded me they were $400/ea back in '97 though boy have times changed. I think new wheels and tires are in order.

Keith here's the specs, they are available in chrome or grey center, 5x5 pattern, 83mm bore. "Vision Legend 142"

Front:
20X8.5 / 5.125 bs / +10 offset

Rear:
20X9.5 / 5.25 bs / 0 offset

What do you think about my offsets and sizes? Looking around the fronts are the same as popular 20x8.5 Coy's and the rears very close (like .2" from the fender) to the 20x10 Coys. The price is right around $220/wheel in chrome and less than $200/wheel in grey center. Less than $1K shipped from 4wheelparts.com of all places. I haven't seen anybody running these on a truck yet...could be good or bad. I have a data sheet with all their specs if you want to look at it.

Grey center:
