Re: truck updade..bbc 4spd..
yeah the 4spd's nice i broke an axle with it already i have to get some cal-track bars likes to hop a bit before the tires break loose. other than that it runs good 396 bored .60 over speed pro pistons eagle rods forged crank heads are 69 chevelle 350 hp large ovals 3 angle valve job ported a bit ect.. comp 280h mag cam roller rockers seems pretty good but id like to uprade to mech roller cam and brodix heads soon.

Re: truck updade..bbc 4spd..
Do you have any pictures of the transmission conversion. Thats something I've wanted to do for a while now. My friend has a T10 in his Chevelle with a 355. It has a 2.88 first gear and 3.42s in the rear. Its awesome.

Re: truck updade..bbc 4spd..
i dont on my computer right now i deff can take some for you, i used a truck bellhousing with a mechanical z-bar setup i took from a doner truck. you will need the pedal setup, z bar and frame bracket its rivited on these trucks but your frame already has the holes for it. the shifter is a hurst and i got the pn# from a boardmember he has a muncie and a nice smallblock in a blue swb forget his name. the only other thing is my th350 was a long tailshaft unit so i had to get my driveshaft lengthend the crossmember is the same

Re: truck updade..bbc 4spd..
What gear ratio T-10 did you use? I know there is a 2.43, 2.64, 2.88 and a 3. something

Re: truck updade..bbc 4spd..
That 3.42 Super T-10 is weeeeak, it's known for taking out the cluster and first. Best of the bunch is the 2.88:1 low, but yours should be plenty fun!
