Like The Steering Wheel? Pics

I wasn't quite sure where to ask this, but I came by a nice steering wheel and wondered if anyone might know if there is a way I can use it on one of our trucks.

I don't have my steering column near me now, so I'm hoping I can get some help.

I guess this is the least important to a fit, but the wheel is almost 14" outside diameter.

It's an "Isotta". And the seller called it a "Marine Steering Wheel". He also said that "marine hubs are readily available"...But I flat out don't know where to start....Or stop.

I have more pics if these aren't sufficient.

Thanks.
