Clutch fork

So i am trying to piece together a four speed for my 69. The transmission is out of an 1980 but the pedal assembly and linkage is out of a 69. Will i have to get a different clutch fork to accommodate to the 69 linkage which has the hex not on the end of it?

I don't think you will have any linkage issues if you keep everything stock 69. The 80 transmission will bolt up to the 69 bellhousing.
