Question Lift Kit's for a 67K10

I have a 67 K10 I would love to put about three inches of lift under. I have looked in several places and have been unable to find any kits out there. Any ideas where to look?

You can use any of the kits for 69-72 except for the full spring kits. You will have to use blocks on the rear as these are different on 67-68 and nobody makes them. Some people have had custom springs made for this but be prepared to lay out some $$ if you want this. Good luck!

Exactly what Breeh said. 69 and newer front springs are the same and are readily available. Just buy the lift you want but get it without rear springs. Front springs, shocks, and rear blocks. Be sure to keep an eye on your brake hose length depending on how much lift you go with. If you ever want to lift it without running blocks in the rear (as I did), you will need to have rear springs custom made. 67-68 rear springs are 56" eye to eye and the axle centering pin is centered in the spring pack. 69 and newer are 52" eye to eye and the centering pin is offset. Good luck, keep us posted on what you decide to go with.

Try and stay away from blocks if you can.

Landon,

I am curious to see how satisfied you are with your Skyjacker kit before I buy one. Also, what wheels and tires have you decided upon and what is your clearance like? Thanks.

I have not got the lift on the truck yet. here is a pic of what the truck looked like before i started the restore. It will be the same hight when it is finished. I am having the springs powder coated, it is suppost to make the ride smoother> I am powder coating for the looks not the ride.:p

the truck has 33 mudders and a 4" lift <block> when I am done it will have a 4" spring lift <no blocks>

Have you looked at your truck lately? There is probally enought room for 44's with a 6" lift. I think with the 35's you should not have any problums. Mine would cut the tire when I went 4wheeling, but that was when I was jumping the truck and bouncing around on the rocks. Good luck Landon
