Fuse Panel

I see some people talking about a fuse block (panel) on there truck ,I have found only 1 tiny fuse on the back of my headlight switch.Just seems strange not to have a coupla fuses in there somewhere.Did they think they didn't need them in a low option vehicle.

Re: Fuse Panel

The TF trucks did not have a fuse panel. A few individual fuses and fusible links. I added one to my truck out of a Buick (free donor) in early 80's. This time around I'm going with a complete new wire kit with panel. Here is a wiring diagram, no fuse panel.

Re: Fuse Panel

The fuse on the headlight switch is for the dash lights and nothing else. If you have electrical accessories like a heater or radio, they should have inline fuseholders. I have seen a few trucks with aftermarket fuse panels installed.
