Re: 1967-72 NOS truck dash pads - black
The repops have been known to not line up correctly(mounting holes) and the quality will probably never be as good as genuine gm parts.

Re: 1967-72 NOS truck dash pads - black
I had a repop on my truck, the holes did not line up properly and was generally a poor fit. I then later had the original recovered and now am so happy.

Re: 1967-72 NOS truck dash pads - black
I didn't elaborate much in the description, but these are new old stock GM parts. Meaning these are original GM parts that have never been installed as opposed to the reproduction parts that are commonly available. As others have mentioned, the GM parts are typically of much higher quality and are generally preferred in high quality restorations.

Re: 1967-72 NOS truck dash pads - black
I want one... but I need to free up the funds first... might take a few days.
I'm sure the unopened one is perfect, but is there any damage to either of the opened ones? |

Re: 1967-72 NOS truck dash pads - black
1949GMC - I took a close look at both of the opened ones today. One is perfect, the other has a small hole in the vinyl, underneath on the drivers side. Both of them were in the same box, so my guess is that one of the mounting studs from the other pad caused it. I am not certain if it will be visible when installed, but assume it will be. I will take $150 for that one. I will try and get a picture of the spot tomorrow.
Tonypaul - $25 off for local pickup. What part of town are you in? 70LonghornCST- I have the perfect open box dash reserved for you @ $175 shipped. pm me for payment info |

Re: 1967-72 NOS truck dash pads - black
I am assuming that these are all sold since you don't have prices posted in the first post?

Re: 1967-72 NOS truck dash pads - black
no problem, if the sales fall through then you need to post prices per board rules

Re: 1967-72 NOS truck dash pads - black
I put the prices back up. I removed the prices thinking that it would help make it clear that they are no longer available. Thinking better of it, it is probably more valuable to have the prices for others to reference in the future...
