Need Good Spark Plug Number & Brand - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

My '64 GMC I6 230 needs new plugs. What is the correct number plug to put in this truck? I'd prefer not to rely on the make and number currently in the engine in case they are not correct. All help appreciated.

The recommended plugs in my manual is AC-44. They should have a .035 gap.
