I have bad news, I can't find a machine shop that will make the parts for less than $75 a piece. That doesn't include shipping to me, polishing, hardware, or shipping to you, and I have to include the vendor fee on this site as well. I don't know if the price of aluminum has gone up substantially since I ordered them a year and a half ago or what the deal is. I bought 50 last time so I think that helped the price somewhat. I've gotten quotes from 4 different machine shops and they are all between $75-$85 a piece. I'll keep checking around but if I can't get them for around $25-$30 a piece then I can't make them. If that is the case I will refund everyone their money.

I think I found a shop that will machine them for $30 a piece plus shipping. I'm going to call my polishing shop in the morning to make sure they aren't going to raise the rates on me. I think this might actually work out

Just to clarify, the $30 per bezel cost DOES NOT include the setup fee that the machine shop charges. They have to take my CAD file and write a code so the CNC machine can make the parts. Please don't PM me asking to pay $30 for an unpolished bezel.

The CAD file is not for sale.

I'm hoping to get the machining started this week so they can be delivered the first week of November when I return home.

I would prefer to only sell polished ones because they all require sanding to create their final shape and the polisher includes this in his cost. If I don't get them polished I have to sand them myself to finish them.

Well, I'm back home and I contacted the machinist only to find out that he has made zero progress on the bezels. I guess it's like a body shop, when you get a good deal you go to the bottom of the list of priorities.

Unfortunately I only have 60 days to give refunds on paypal so I have to give you all refunds and try to find a different machinist. I apologize for the delay but I've been working 12 hour days for the past 6 weeks and didn't have time to follow up with the machinist. If you are still interested then send me the payment again and I will push hard to get a new machinist this week.
