Need some help.

I have three inch drop spindles and three inch bag cups on the lower control arms and a three inch frame Z. My air bags measure eight inches with no air and no load, Will the aigbags inflate enough to get a good ride height? I have no idea how much the bags expand and I cant check. I have another set of lower control arms with no cups, would it be better to use a block off plate on them versus my other ones with the cups?

I have no idea , they were on the truck when i got it. They are Airlift double baffle bags and are seven inches across. I dont see any part numbers on them
