Craigslist dually 6x6

Not mine, but man do I wish it was... If I had a big driveway like some of you guys this would be my "Bought another dually" thread instead. Enjoy.

Re: Craigslist dually 6x6

That is a hell of a price...

But when you said 6x6 I was thinking double rear axle (think Deuce and a half)...

I know. My neigbor has a deuce n-a-half. But calling it a 4x4 didn't really seem right either...

I was kind of thinking the same thing. It's actually a 2x4, since it's an 89 it's definitely not full time 4 wheel drive.

Re: Craigslist dually 6x6

Yah, Big Bear's not too far outside of LA. Ski area. Seems like smog laws and gas prices means you can get your hands on a lot of nice trucks for next to nothing out here.

So GM should have put 2X2 stickers on the back of the four wheel drive trucks that have a shiftable transfer case? Serious guys... It's got six wheels which can all be operated under power. The point was it was $1,800 and looked decent. There's a number of guys who are itching to get one so I thought I'd put it up.

I emailed it to my step father back in NY. He's been crying about getting one since I bought mine. I wish that boner would step up. This would be perfect for him. I've got half a mind to just buy it and put it on a truck without telling him...

So I guess that would make a deuce-and-a-half a 10X10?
