Guess I should and until I get the rear done, then measure it and compare it to the stock drum brake and go from there.

What is the width of a stock drum 12 bolt? I thought I saw 62" on a 1966. Then in 67, the rear went 1 1/2" wider.
It's 62" thru mid 1970. At some point during the year, the wider housings started being manufactured so mid 70 thru 87 were the ~64" widths.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.
