looking for 12 volt power source

im looking for a twelve volt power source that turns on when the key turns on( its for the electric choke to my carb). anyways, i tried everywhere on the fuse box, and nothing lit up, and the only thing that i can think of that has that feature is the in line fuel pump(its in the frame rails, not the kind on the block). i really dont want to splay the lines to that though, so do you guys have any ideas?

The two pins in the circle I drew should have power when the key is on.

Make sure that your test light is well grounded as sometimes it's hard to get a good ground up under the dash. I usually hook mine to the park brake bracket.

piggy-back off the radio, keyed-on except when you hit start. The factory did that for the Transmission Spark screwer-upper (disabled vacuum advance except in 3rd).
