Torque sticks are for those that want speed and NOT accuracy. I don't like torque sticks, because there are too many error points in their use. I purchased a torque wrench and use it religiously on my wheels. If I go on a long trip, I carry it in the truck's bed. My wheels cost me some cash and I am not about to screw up a good rim on a possible error trap. I work at a plant that has equipment to inspect torque wrenches for their accuracy, so I try to get it check on an annual basis.
