im looking for a relatively non rusted 67-72 cabshell.... what can i expect to pay. im looking at one right now for 500 that needs both rockers replaced and most seams around your feet have holes. i thought this was kinda steep for this cab... cab is pretty much gutted with only the rear glass beaing good.

thats not too bad for a cab ive seen a non rusted cab go for in excess of $1200 theres one for sale in MD as i speak the scacer parts get the more youll expect to pay

Where are you located because it makes a difference. Rust belt will be more expensive than the desert.

From what i have seen, and cab that needs everything but has a solid windshield frame goes for about $200. One that needs just rockers and maybe a cab corner will be about $500. Rust free ones are anywhere from $700 to over a grand. BTW, a AC cab usually has about a $300 premium over those prices.....

I have got a clean rust free 68 GMC cab for sale in Southern Colorado for $800. It is 4 speed manual trans cab without A/C still in it original white paint. The doors have a few different holes in them from the previous owners tendency to have 15 thousand different mirrors mounted on it throughout it’s life time….but, no rust not even on the rockers or cab corners. I have the title for it as well if you wanted to re-VIN a different chassis. I bought it in the early 90’s to pirate parts from when I built my yellow 68’ GMC.

I’ll try to get over to my dad’s place this weekend and take some pictures.
