I have a brake booster set up I would like to use on my truck but it needs to be cleaned up. I was wondering if anyone here has taken a booster apart to blast and reinstalled booster. Tips are welcome here Brandon

I have also. It would be easy if you had the special tool to turn the outer piece, it would be like a big spanner wrench I presume and could probably be made. I held the back piece in a vice and used a hammer and brass drift to carefully tap/turn the outer half and separate the 2 pieces. It is pretty simple with just a few internal parts.
I searched high and low and never really found replacement parts for them but I would guess the diaphragms are out there somewhere, probably Mexico where all the rebuilds come from.
