Old School wheels - Arrived (Pics)

I decided to buy the Discount Tire Old School wheels on 17" and installed 275/55-17 Toyo tires in all corners (I could not find the 255/55 for the front).
The good news is that the wheels look great and they retail for $200/ea for the fronts and $204/ea for the backs. I got 17x8 for the front and 17x9.5" for the rear. Discount Tire shipped the same day I ordered the wheels and gave me a $50.00 rebate for the web order. The total for all 4 was $758.00 + shipping. They look way better in person than on the pictures and are relative lightweight.

Now for the real sweet part. There is absolutely no problems with the front brake caliper clearance like the Boss wheels, See the clearance closeup pictures!!. The rear I had to use some spacers, but that was it!

Great looking wheels at a great price and they fit our trucks

What was the backspacing on the 9.5" wheels, and how large was the spacer?

Those do look pretty nice, what tires sizes were you running before?
I have been thinking of going to 17" on mine someday

Re: Old School wheels - Arrived (Pics)

The truck had 15" steel wheels, but it just coming out a full frame off, bolt and nut restoration. Attached you can see the picture of the wheel label. I had to use 1/2" spacers on the rear to fit them, but my rear end has Ford rear axle and I am not 100% sure that is the stock width.

Nice wheels! Who cares where they were made. When you are broke you have to do what you have to do.
