Intro - New to the Board

Hello, I got by the name Boones.. I found this site thru another Hoeky Ass message board I hang out on that is dedicated to traditional Hot Rods and Customs.. I posted a question asking about who owned 67-72 chevy trucks and got a number of responses include a link to this board..

I am currently looking for my first 67-72 swb chevy truck.. I sold my 98 to buy the wife a small SUV so I am now drivng her Accord or my 53 Chevy wagon until I find another truck..

I am leaning towards a 71/72 swb Cheyenne as I prefer the 5 lug disk brakes and the factory two tone. I prefer the look of the 67/68 front end and would prefer to find one in the South East but would consider any where for the right truck..

I will probably lurk mostly but wanted to do a formal intro for when I do have a question..

May those who love us, love us, any of those who do not love us, may God turn their hearts.
And if God is unable to turn their hearts, may he turn their ankles so we may know them by their limping.

A man who works with his hands is a laborer; a man who works with his hands and his brain is a craftsman; but a man who works with his hands and his brain and his heart is an artist.
