Re: interesting 6 door crew cab
judging by the pics I don't know that I would trust driving it. I wouldn't drive one of those unless I watched it go together. or could trust the work was done right.

Re: interesting 6 door crew cab
It isnt one of a kind, my neighbor has one just like that only white and in real good condition, he built it over 20 years ago and still takes it to shows.

Re: interesting 6 door crew cab
Cool truck. What is it with people wanting a crap load for old customized trucks lately? Yes, it was customized, very nice and cool. When it was built. Now it needs rebuilt and a lot more cash thrown at it. I'm sure that roof looks bad under all that bondo that is popping. With all that said, if it could be purchased right, you could still recover and get it back to show condition IMO.

Re: interesting 6 door crew cab
Pretty cool, but he's asking way too much. Sounds like the guy is just really attached to all the work he did 15+ years ago. Maybe if it was still in nice shape, but it needs a total resto.
EDIT: the town highway maintenence foreman in my town built one of these 10 years ago, he doubled the frame similar to a semi-truck to handle the added load. Sounds like this guy just lengthened the frame.

Re: interesting 6 door crew cab
Where can I get a grille like that ? I've been looking around and cant seem to find a grille like that for my 89' R2500. Yes I read that the grille is custom but ive seem quite a bit of these grilles.
