Long lost 67

I thought it was time to put up a build thread. First let me say that all of you guys have been great with all your help. I bought a 1967 chevy c-10 in 1991, then sold it in 2003, So last summer the wife makes me stop at some yard sale, not a real big fan but stoped anyway. To my surprise out back is MY 67, still had an old registration under the seat. So long story i bought her back. Played around with her for a while, but busy at work so she just sat here. Then layoffs happened, and the boy needed to use the 67. another long story, he blew the motor. So now that i have time i am working on her to bring her back to life.

I had a 350 lined up but the deal fell thru, so i picked up a 327 and a rebuilt r700 tranny.

I ordered my Paint from PMI, again thanks to the board.

Ok so heres some pics

Re: Long lost 67

a few new pics on the 67 Two coats of PMI Frame coat. Several coats of yellow primer on the heater box. Just had to see what it was going to look like. I am planing on painting the truck deep purple, and the inside will be black with yellow trim. Black and yellow in the engine compartment as well.
