That is tucked WAY in! Nice work. But is it actually hanging really low like it looks in pic #1?

Re: tucking in sport bumper

there's been a few other threads about this.but, you guy's may not of been around then.the reason i say that is there may be some useful info in there for you.i just "slotted" out the holes in the brackets.that allowed me to push it forward.i can't open my tailgate.if i want to pull it back about a half an inch i could.mines not a daily driver.so,it's no biggie.but,if i was going to use it as truck i wouldn't want it that way.3r your truck's lookin good man.although i thought the same thing as drivewaydream about the bumper in that one pic.

Re: tucking in sport bumper

It's not my daily(couldn't afford gas!) just my toy. And it may be a little low. I might losing up on the brackets to the frame and stick a jack up under it and put it up. Also I didn't slot the brackets I re drilled holes in the frame 1.5 inch back

well,i think i got it from chevy duty.all i have is the two outer brackets.i drilled a hole right next to the other and then used a file and made like a 1 inch slot in those outer brackets on the front end that bolts to the frame..that allows you to slide it inward.keep in mind that was a few years and beers ago. .hope that answers your ?

3r....i think if you loosen everything up then jack it like you said you may be able to raise it some.
