Thank you for posting and letting everyone know whats up. I know things are busy as sin this time of year. But the most complaints I have gotten from members, is feeling ignored. They are getting delayed responses, and or none at all. This is not directed at you, as there have been different contact people from what I understand. I am glad you were able to get these problems resolved, and appreciate the correspondence we had. As long as the customers know what is going on, and have followup to emails etc, they usually are ok with the process.
