Desperatly Need Rear Leaf Spring U-Bolts
I really need a set of rear leaf spring u-bolts for my 70 C20. I have the completly wrong ones on there now and dont feel safe driving it. So please let me know if you have a set you can sell me. Thanks

Have you tried your local spring shop?
There is a shop near me that makes the u-bolts out of rod that is different lengths and threaded on both ends. You have to give them the dimension that you need, (tube diameter plus spring thickness plus bracket plus thread length for nuts, lockwashers, flat washers). They use special rod made for the purpose and they bend them in the right radius for your axle tubes. I bought a set for my K-10 and four u-bolts, with nuts, hardened flat washers and lock washers cost $32 plus tax. Jim |

Most parts stores will have them too....take a tape measure and record the width; center to center of bolt, the lentgh, and what size bolt you've got; 9/16", 5/8", etc. They can usually hook you up.
