I have been told that the c50 and up trucks with the 292 could be had with a factory split exhuast manifold.I don't recall ever seeing one and am curious as to whether anyone has ever seen one?

Never seen or heard of it on a 292. Ford 300-6 did in the fuel injection years.

i know some later straight 6s in chevy/gmc pickups had split manifolds, i believe they were integrated though. i've seen a few in my years doing mufflers just don't recall exact years-early to mid 80s i believe.
