S10 4x4 parts for 65 c10 interchanging

Probably gonna get heat for this.Just got another rust bucket today.Have searched and found that 50's chevy trucks will go on s10 frames.Have not found if I can use spindles or anything from it on the 65.Can anyone shed light on this.Have a 84 gmc 4x4 s10 sitting in driveway on way to scrap if not.
Thanks for any information.

Absolutely nothing from a S10 will interchange with your '65 C10. Just find yourself a '71-'87 C10 and you'll have most everything you will need.

Use another full size for parts for yours. You could-

-find your true calling, restore the thing, and accept your love for S10s

-make a mud truck (and make awesome Youtube videos in the process)
-demo truck! (which I want to do sooo bad!)

c'mon, what is more fun than beating on a junk truck?

Straight axle conversion with a SBC. Some 36" tires and you have a perfomer on your hands lol

Re: S10 4x4 parts for 65 c10 interchanging

with enough initiative and time, anything is possible. here is my 62 C10 with 98 S10 frame, 4 cyl running gear, and accessories like air conditioning and ABS. It wasnt really that hard, the hard part for me was finding the time to work on it, otherwise it was done in a couple months total time spread over two and a half years.

A longbed has the same wheelbase as a swb c10 and the 4x4 wheel offset is in about the right spot, so I say go for it.
