Index for the '55-'59 Assembly Manual

'55-'59 owners, Here is your Christmas present. It's my index that I created for the '55-'59 Assembly Manual. It covers 31xx-32xx trucks. (Other model info can usually be found on nearby pages.) As you can imagine, this took a few hours, but it saves TONS of time and usually yields comprehensive searches.

In order to use it, you must CAREFULLY number each page in your manual, with the INTRODUCTION being PAGE 1. (If you end up with RPO 430, Sheet 3 being page 735, your manual is probably numbered like mine.)

Merry Christmas!
Bob

No. bit and pieces but the whole thing has not been copied. I assume the GM license holder does a good job of policeing on-line versions to preserve its cash flow.

Thanks Bob, now I have something to do during the football game, GO BRONCOS!

Re: Index for the '55-'59 Assembly Manual

Maybe I'm doing something wrong. When I click the link I only get 10 pages of the index.
Is there suposed to be more?

Hi Kim, There should be just 10 pages. the last entry is "Wiring - Neutral Safety Switch". There was nothing under X, Y or Z...unless somebody finds/thinks of something, and then I'll add it. In general, if anyone finds a mistake or addition I'm willing to re-issue.

Glad to hear folks found this useful.
