removing ign lock

is there a way to remove the tumbler from ign on a 51 without the key? or d I just buy a new switch since I am going to replace all the locks anyway?

It should have a little hole in the face. If so stick a paper clip in it and with the key in it turn the switch on and it should pull right out.

I'm not familiar with the lock cylinder on a 51, but all others I've messed with were more cooperative after running a 1/4" drill bit in about 3/4". After that the paper clip in the little hole and a screwdriver works.
