1970 c10 brakes

Almost done with my 1970 c10 project. However I'm having one bit of difficulty. I installed a 1972 chassis I picked up from the junkyard with the front disc brakes on it. The calipers that were on it had square fittings for the hydraulic hose, and when I look up that year chassis, the calipers have round fittings. I'm trying to save some money, and the hydraulic hoses attached look just fine, so I was hoping to just swap the calipers. Anybody know what these calipers came off of? They look almost completely identical to the regular round fitting ones, except for the square fitting. Any help would be appreciated.
