help between chevy and gmc turn signals

im not likeing the turn signal from this chevy hood i got i want to put the gmc turn signal they just have a much better look and style to them.Is there a way i can make the gmc signals fit on the chevy hood has anyone ever temped in doing this what was ur ups and downs on it.Any advise or help i think im ganna take them off so i dont have to look at them everytime really not digging the style.

I think the toughest part will be finding the GMC signal housings.

i have the gmc hood and everything but im ganna use the hood on the picture just want to know how can i interchange them both i dont like the one that are in the pic thats why i wanna put some gmc signals instead

I think the best idea would be to swap out the whole front panel. That way you will get the style lines of the the gmc hood. It would probably look funny if you just swapped out the signal area.

Yeah look at the front openings on both hoods, they are different.

yea i notice it while i was looking at some pic's of my truck i notice they were different from each other but would this be a simple swap or what should i look for while doing this.

The front panel is the only difference between the 2nd design GMC and the Chevy hood. If it weren't for your Chevy hood already having a cowl scoop, it would be easier to simply swap to the GMC hood.

Not a fan of any scoop on the hood, so I say ditch the Chevy hood and just run the GMC. But that's just my opinion.

well original color was green sence thats what i saw the hood isnt pink no more preatty much strip it to bare metal and threw some epoxy primer over for now i wasnt digging the pink neither i mean it was a rust free chevy hood better then the other hood rusted up i only paid the dude 70 buckz
