Lug NUts
Got the new tires mounted today on the '60 clip rims and decided to dress off the new rims with new lug nuts (7/16 x 21). I've checked 3 different places (NAPA has to order, $30.00 for 24, pick them up tomm.).
No one else has them nor seems interested in getting them. AutoZone was a laugh at 1.99 each single pack. I told them of NAPA and they won't adjust the price. I can wait a day to save $18.00. I did not think it would be that hard to find them, but it seems all open nuts are "passe'" now - Go figure.

Re: Lug NUts
Yeah I had the same trouble when I put tires on mine. They replace the real ugly ones with the 3 they had in stock lol.

Re: Lug NUts
I have been looking for a good set as well, I bought a set of chrome from a custom wheel shop and they started rusting the first rain we had. Been looking for stainless with no luck either. I hate to mail order them online because I would like to see the quality before I shell out for s.s.
I will be watching this thread to see what you guys come up with. Posted via Mobile Device
