Question on glass
Glass side windows. Im trying to find some information on the two side glass windows (not vent windows) for my 63 c10, with the metal frame around it. Anyone know exactly what year and if its with chevy or gmc models?? I cant find any threads on it. Thanks.

Re: Question on glass
As far as I know it was only available on 60&61. Besides the 50's trucks.

Re: Question on glass
the big trucks had them all through 63, and the laminated glass-metal frame- was a special order option in 63 for the c10-20-30.
as kali said though, you will primarily find them on all 60-61 chev and gmc models.

Re: Question on glass
Thanks Fellas, that gives me at least a starting point on what I need to be looking for. I appreciate it.

Re: Question on glass
My understanding is that all models up to 62 had the frame around the window sash. In 63, some did and some did not. My 62 had one door with the frame and one without. I like the frame look, so I got another off ebay and installed it. You need to have the correct door channel and division bar lining. If you have the channel for windows without the frame, the framed sash will not fit. The other way around and it will be loose.
