bed wood

could anybody tell me the dimensions of bed wood for 72 c10 fleetside shortbed .I'm going to cut my own wood. appreciate any help.

I have done many sets, and a few suggestions.

Do not use the length dimension listed, every truck has been different.
Bevel the end of the wood over the rear cross sill, will fit much better, and when you open the tailgate it will not look so bad.
Prefit all your wood before you finish it, seems like there is always things that have to be adjusted for a mount or pillar corner.

When you finish the wood, make sure you get all sides including inside all the holes that you are going to drill for the bedsides, wood does not like water, it will turn black even under the finish.

classicchev: You know if can I use the same holes measurement on a stepside bed? This is what I found. thanks

Same holes...

When you do the wheels tubs, install all he wood the mark then install the tubs and mark them from the inside.. Trim where necessary.
