Best Magazine for 73-87 Chevys?

Just wondering what everyone's favorite magazine was the best at showing nice pictures as well as great how to articles on the 73-87 Chevys? I like Truckin' myself.....is there a magazine out there more dedicated to just older chevy trucks that i dont know of?

Used to get Chevy Truckin, but I don't think it's published anymore. The Truckin' mag usually has some cool square bodies in it. All the Classic truck mags only cover up to '72.

Did a search and found this.

"Sport Truck Magazine covers a range of light duty trucks, both 2 and 4 wheel drive, with special emphasis on performance. Features on customization and modification for the hands-on street truck enthusiast.

Note: Beginning with the July 2000 issue, Sport Truck encompasses Chevy Truck Magazine which has ceased publication"

Found this also:

"Custom Classic Trucks Magazine features articles and tips on restoring and modifying vintage pickup, panel, sedan deliveries, and full-size American trucks manufactured before 1988. "

Chevy Truck mag used to be the only one who actually did our trucks justice. It was a bi-monthly mag. But man, was it great. As stated, Sport Truck mag bought it out and then stopped it dead in it's tracks. Sucks too.

Personally, I don't buy any of the mags now. They are all nothing but ads. They don't cover our trucks anyway. And who cares about all this new junk they are making?

I have a 78 GMC truck. I bought it to use for work, and it was in bad shape when i got it. I will have to get a picture of it to put on here. I have put new rockers and jap doors on it that the previous owner had already bought for it,and jc whitney cab corners. Also put a bed from an 85 chevy on it. Its not a show truck or anything, but looks 10 times better than when i first got it. Just been fixing little things otherwise. Has factory a/c,but that needs work. Is there any good place to get parts for our trucks that you know of around central indiana?

we need to get some features in Chevy Hi Performance or something. i think Matt's truck would make it, and Ryan's might after the 408 goes in.

there was a girl with a nice black stepper in the readers ride's section of CHP a while back. very attractive girl, i'll post the pic if i can find it.
