Fixed exhaust now runs aweful, HELP!!!

Help me out here guys. I'll give you the whole dumb story. 2 weeks ago I pulled the driver side exhaust manifold to remove the gasket due to a bad leak. I got the head and manifold nice and gasket free and then reinstalled the maniflod. The truck then leaked like crazy and ran like crap at low RPM but okay at upper RPMs. Well, I replaced the manifold gasket and flange gasket Sunday and it started up and ran fine although I was not able to drive it. I went to leave for work at 6 this morning and after idling low for 10 min I could not get the 454 to rec without floooring it. I also noticed a popping coming from the driver side exhaust pie (true) duals). The truck ran fine before, what do you guys think?

You might have a couple plug wires crossed ,if they where removed when working on it.

It would be a good idea to check your plugs also and make sure none are cracked. This can lead to a misfire. This has happened to me.

I would vote for plug wires too but I am also wondering what the cause of blowing two exhaust manifold gaskets? Are you sure you have no blockage in the exhaust? This would also make it run like crap.
