76 chevy truck buckets, tach and more...

Parted out a truck and was wondering some fair market prices on this stuff. I know the tachs are usually from $75 and up. The drivers bucket may need a little foam work. And yes i got the floor brackets. These parts are all in decent useable condition, but not perfect. Any help on a fair price for this stuff is appreciated. Thanks, Eric

Re: 76 chevy truck buckets, tach and more...

Seat pics.
The tach PC does have a burn, but i grabbed the harness for the tach and for the 4x4 indicator. One bracket on the drivers side bucket will need a tach weld i think. The seat belt covers will need a little work on the outers. Nothing major as everything is there.
Anything else i forgot??? Thanks, Eric

Re: 76 chevy truck buckets, tach and more...

I would imagine the seats are worth at least $200, but that may be on the low side. Untested tach cluster $50-100 (the burned circuit board would make me leary). I paid $25 for a similar set of door panels. These are prices that I would pay and not bat an eye, but I am cheap, too.

Re: 76 chevy truck buckets, tach and more...

Seats are always iffy...you never know, and with bad foam and shipping them...it is hard to get much out of them unless you sell them local. I think Jon is pretty close, 200 for them with brackets...100-150 for the brackets alone if you split.

Door panels are cheap, especially if the trim is bad.

Tachs, again Jon is right...100 or so for an untested unit. Broken or damaged parts will bring it down. However, 77+ tachs like yours are the most desireable.

Re: 76 chevy truck buckets, tach and more...

Thanks guys, how about the seat belts? Are they bucket seat specific?

Re: 76 chevy truck buckets, tach and more...

I don't think those are. The later model belts had the whole belt encased in the plastic so they would stand straight up. Looks like those would not.

Re: 76 chevy truck buckets, tach and more...

I think the belts are bucket seat specific bacause they are straight, all the bench seat belts I have seen were curved/twisted and more flexible as opposed to rigid like those. Remember, they had to slide between the seat and back...straight ones I don't think would work well.
