Question about routing wires

Hello,

Is it possible to route a wire from the engine compartment to the inside of the cab through the vent(manually operated vent next to the driver)?

My Problem: I don't want to drill into the firewall to pass this wire into the cab.

Re: Question about routing wires

Unless the firewall has been shaved clean and filled, there are many holes to feed a wire through.

No, it's not shaved, but I have added a few after market items.
