Been there done that: Frame Prep 101 Help !

Just began the restore of my 70’ K5. I will be completing the stripping of the frame this week in preparation for powder coat. As you can see I still need to remove the Engine, Drive train, brake lines, gas tank & leaf springs etc.. What I’m looking for any advice tips, dos /don’ts . This is the first time I’ve done this so any input would be appreciated. I'm taking pic's to help with re-assembly
Possible help needed :
Brake line removal/ re-install......?

What other frame components if any should I powder coat: Leaf springs, axle tubes etc..

What problems will the extra coating of the powder coat cause during reassembly? Bolt holes etc..
