c-20 master & booster on a c-10

a guy that works at les shwab was telling me that to get more stopping power i should swap my master cylinder and brake booster for a set-up off a c-20. he did it to his 70 c-10 and he noticed a pretty good difference, and everything swaps right over. i'm wondering if anyone has done this? and would it be worth it to swap?

btw, we're not talking about hydro boost, just keeping with the vacuum brake booster.
