Power steering
I sold a 1972 power steering unit to a guy from a 4x4 for his 2x4 project. I'm told tonight there may be a difference in them?
If that be so, what is the difference? I want to give his money back if it won't fit. Thanks Posted via Mobile Device

Re: Power steering
They are different and do no interchange.. the 2WD has a tapered and splined sector shaft with a nut to hold on the pitman arm.. the 4X4 has a straight sector shaft with splines on one side and uses a "pinch bolt" to hold the pitman arm on..
